Effective date: 28 August 2026
Inder Foundation Trust respects the privacy of families, volunteers, educators, partners, and other visitors. This notice explains how information submitted through this website and limited website-usage information are handled.
Information we collect
- Contact details such as name and email address.
- City, event interests, volunteer interests, and messages submitted through forms.
- Event RSVP information and newsletter preferences.
- Technical and operational information such as requested pages, browser and device type, approximate country, IP or security logs, bandwidth and error responses.
- If analytics consent is given, engagement information such as pages viewed, referral source, approximate location and website interactions measured by Google Analytics 4.
How we use information
Information is used to respond to enquiries, manage event participation, coordinate volunteering and partnerships, send requested Foundation updates, understand which resources are useful, maintain security and performance, prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use this website to build advertising audiences.
Website analytics
Hostinger provides server-side operational analytics and logs used for website delivery, security and troubleshooting. These reports may include requests, bandwidth, error codes, approximate country and unique IP information, and can include automated traffic such as bots.
Google Analytics 4 may be used to measure visits, popular pages, referral sources, device categories and engagement. Site Kit loads Google Consent Mode with analytics and advertising storage denied globally before a visitor chooses. In that denied state, Google may receive limited cookieless consent-status and page-measurement pings for aggregate reporting or modelling, but Analytics cookies are not stored. If a visitor accepts analytics, GA4 begins cookie-based measurement. Advertising storage and personalization remain denied because this website does not use Google Ads. Google Search Console provides aggregate search impressions, clicks and indexing information and does not itself add a visitor-tracking tag. Analytics reports are used to improve the website and are not a substitute for individual feedback from families.
Analytics is configured not to intentionally collect form messages, medical records, diagnostic information or government identifiers. Visitors should never place sensitive information into search boxes or general website forms.
Children and sensitive information
This website is intended primarily for parents, caregivers, educators, and professionals. Please do not submit a child’s medical records, diagnostic reports, government identifiers, or other sensitive information through general website forms. A parent or legal guardian should submit any enquiry concerning a minor.
Service providers and external services
The website is hosted by Hostinger and uses WordPress and selected plugins to operate forms, events, consent, security, performance and backups. With consent, Google may process analytics information under its applicable terms. Online events may use Zoom or another registration service. When a visitor follows an external link or registers through an external service, that provider’s privacy terms also apply. Service providers may process information in other countries subject to their contractual and legal safeguards.
Retention and security
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, for safeguarding, or to meet legal and operational requirements. Newsletter information is retained until consent is withdrawn. Analytics retention is controlled through the connected service and reviewed periodically. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may accept, refuse or later change optional analytics consent through the website’s Cookie settings control. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected where supported by the consent system. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information submitted through the website, or withdraw newsletter consent, by emailing inderfoundationtrust@gmail.com. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate safeguarding and operational needs.
Cookies and external links
Necessary cookies may be used for security, administration, forms, consent choices and core site functionality. Optional analytics cookies are used only after consent. Details are available in the Cookie Policy. External websites linked from resources and event pages are governed by their own privacy notices.
